Here's some cheeses that are made from milk from some different animals. There's not a lot, so I put them one page. Just because there isn't a lot doesn't mean they're bad.

Buffalo and Yak
Buffalo- A cheese from buffalo milk and a hard texture. It's a new cheese that came in 1996. It taste is a mild almond-like taste.
Tibet- The only cheese I know of from Yak's milk. It's semi-hard with a very strong taste. It comes from Tibet (surprise!) and is dried in wind and sun.

Ewe, mare, and camel
Orla- Made from ewe (sheep) milk with a semi-hard texture. It (and other ewe cheeses) has a burnt sugar taste with a sharpe and salty kick.
Airag- Made from mare's milk with a semi-soft texture. It comes from Turkey and has a strange, sour taste.
Kadchgall- A cheese that's made of camel or ewe milk. If you're wondering, it comes from Afghanistan. It has a hard texture and I can't imagine what it'd taste like, but I'd like to try it sometime.
