Swiss
Swiss- Don't let the name fool you, this cheese is from the United States (like french fries aren't from France). It's America's version of Swiss Emmental. It's a great snack food with sandwiches, apples, etc. Though it has a very mild taste, I don't recomend eating it by its self.
  Gouda
Gouda- Fun to say and eat. This one comes from Holland and has a semi-hard texture with 40% fat. It has a nice, sweet flavor that intensifies over maturing time.

Mozzarella
Mozzarella- A semi-hard texture and a great abillity to melt. If you've ever had a pizza then you've had this cheese.
